What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address, the postcode of the property and anything you choose to tell us about your project. If you message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive what you send.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect information about how you use this website, such as the pages you visit and the device you use. This does not identify you by name.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quotation and, if you become a client, to carry out and manage the work. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Analytics only runs with your consent.

Who we share it with

We may share relevant project details with architects, structural engineers, estimators, building control and specialist subcontractors working on your job. We use trusted service providers for email, hosting and analytics, who process data on our behalf. Some of them, including Google and Microsoft, may process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it. Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted once they are no longer needed, and records for jobs we carry out are kept for as long as our guarantees, insurance and legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, ask for a copy to pass to someone else, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time using the cookie settings link at the foot of every page. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
